Notre Dame Baseball Unveils 2025 Schedule: Action Kicks Off Soon

Key Highlights from the Schedule
Head Coach Shawn Stiffler and the Irish baseball team have announced a competitive 2025 season that features games against five teams that participated in the 2024 NCAA Tournament: Wake Forest, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida State, and Western Michigan.
The season starts on the road with a series at North Florida from February 14-16. The following weekend, Notre Dame stays in Florida to face Iowa, UMBC, and Stetson (February 21-23). The Irish then head to Belmont for another away series (February 28 – March 2) before hosting Eastern Michigan for their first home game on March 5.
Conference Play and Home Stretches
Notre Dame opens ACC play on the road against Wake Forest (March 7-9) and follows with a pair of games at Winthrop (March 11-12). The road trip continues with a conference series at Clemson (March 16-18).
Back at Frank Eck Stadium, the Irish begin a 13-game homestand, kicking off with a matchup against Butler on March 18. The home stretch includes an ACC series with Georgia Tech (March 21-23), a contest against Michigan State (March 26), and another ACC series with Florida State (March 28-30).
April’s schedule features a mix of conference and non-conference games. The Irish take on Western Michigan (April 1), host Virginia Tech (April 4-6), and meet Northwestern (April 8) before traveling to Boston College (April 11-13). The team also faces new ACC opponents Stanford (April 18-20) and Cal (April 25-27).
Season Climax and Tournament Play
Notre Dame wraps up its regular season with a challenging stretch, including a series at Miami (May 15-17). The ACC Tournament is set for May 20-25 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in North Carolina, followed by the NCAA Tournament, which culminates with the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, from June 13-23.
